According to FraudGuard integration specs, LendingPad is only able to send 5 servicer providers through the API. However, here is a list of the following contact types that do not count toward this limit of 5:
- Appraiser
- Appraisal Provider
- Title
- Title Integration Provider
- Hazard Insurance
- Gift Donor
- Builder Company
- Attorney
* All service providers of other contact types cannot exceed a maximum of 5. FraudGuard will not accept the Fraud Report action request. *
When entering a new contact for service providers be sure to input the contact type, as shown below.
