The Audit tab on the Manage Loan screen displays a list of all changes made to the loan.
Displayed for each change is the name of the employee who made the change, the change type, the time the change was made, and a summary of the change, providing detailed information about modifications to loan amounts, dates, and so on.
Audit items can be searched using the search criteria filters at the top of the section. To search for a change, make entries or selections for at least one filter field, and then click the Search button. You can easily reset or clear filter fields to their default entries by clicking the Reset Filter button.
The following search criteria filters are available.
Message: Enter a keyword for the message to search for. For example, you can enter "estimate" to find changes such as "Loan Estimate date was changed..." or "Estimated closing date was changed...".
Type: Select the type of change, such as a change in assignments or a change to the loan application.
From: Indicate the date on or after which the change occurred. You can either manually enter a date or click the (Calendar) icon to display a calendar where a date can be selected.
To: Indicate the date on or before which the change occurred. You can either manually enter a date or click the (Calendar) icon to display a calendar where a date can be selected.
Predefined Ranges: Select a time period in which the change occurred, such as Yesterday or Last Month. The dates of the time period are automatically entered in the From and To fields.
