BnTouch Sync Issues

Problem

 

Loans do not sync over to BnTouch from LendingPad

 

Solution

The two systems use BOTH NMLS ID and email address to identify correct pipeline. Pls be sure NMLS ID is loaded in Settings / User Licenses and user’s email is identical in both systems. Once loan is created it cannot be assigned to another LO.
