      DocuSign Access Code Update

      Added security measures for borrowers to pick up the DocuSign envelope.

      1. Whenever LendingPad users send a print form/document package to borrowers for e-sign, the system will automatically set the borrower's last 4 digits of SSN as the access code.

       

      2. if the loan doesn't have a borrower SSN, the system will allow users to input the custom 4 digits access code. 

       

      3.  Whoever sends the e-sign will need to relay or send "Access Code" to borrowers, they need to enter the access code to review and e-sign the document.  Please note that DocuSign will not email the borrowers or alert them what the access code is.
