How to Import a fnm3.2 File Into LendingPad?

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to LendingPad.

2. Click on the pipeline.

 

3. Click on the Import loan button.

 

4. Select the file format as fnm32 and select branch and fnm32 file from your computer and click on import. (Users can select up to 100 files)

 

5. The system will import a loan into the pipeline. (NOTE: Fannie 3.2 file does not carry program info other than amortization term and rate type. If fnm 3.2 file contains a amortization term and rate type then LendingPad will set the available loan program in the system. )
