LendingPad System Email Notifications

To ensure a smooth email delivery of your loan statuses, lock information and critical customer service/system communications, please whitelist LendingPad email sending IP and lendingpad.com domain.

The following types of emails will be sent from LendingPad.  You may turn some of them off from your individual profile section. 

Initial Company Sign Up

  • Welcome email from LendingPad.

Initial User Sign Up

  • Invite new user
  • Approve email address
  • Forgot password
  • Activate after lock out

Loan Creation and 

  • Branch manager
  • LA, LO, LP, Underwriter whoever that's assigned to a file.

User Assignment

When a user is assigned to a file as LA, LO, LP or Underwriter role.

Underwriting Status

  • Approved
  • Suspended
  • Clear to Close  cc title company


Re-Price Emails

When a lender subscribes to pricing engine from a lender inside of LendingPad Network, these emails will trigger once a data point that changes resulting in a change of price.  These users assigned to the loan will receive notifications:

  • Loan assistant;
  • Loan officer;
  • Loan processor or account manager if wholesale
  • Blind copy (bcc) Wholesale Manager if it's a wholesale loan.


When a user requests a lock extension, an email to the parties identified above will be sent with revised lock date and pricing information.  

Customer Service Communications

System updates, loan status changes, critical patches, system uptime etc.
