      Troubleshooting: Error When Running or Request for Credit Report

      Problem: Missing Applicant information/missing co-borrower liabilities error when running the Individual/Joint credit report.

      Solution

      1. Co-Signer applicant type is not allowed to pull the credit report.
      2. Make sure both borrower and co-borrower applicant type selected as a borrower under manage borrowers section.
